Day 01: Departure
Depart from your preferred airport from UK
Day 02 – Siem Reap
Upon arrival at Siem Reap, your guide and private car will meet you for transfer to your hotel. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant before heading off to Tonle Sap Lake for a private boat cruise on SE Asia’s largest lake. Enjoy the enchanting scenery as you pass by floating villages and markets. After dinner, enjoy an evening of traditional Khmer entertainment with dancing and acrobatics. Relax in your deluxe room with complimentary honeymoon holiday treats.
Day 03 – Siem Reap
After breakfast, a morning to explore majestic Angkor Wat followed by lunch at a local restaurant. Return to your hotel to relax before heading out late afternoon to see the sights of the impressive Angkor Thom temple complex, a UNESCO World heritage site, including the decorative Bayon temple. Take a boat trip from the South Gate of Angkor Wat Thom to enjoy the amazing views and an on-board dinner at sunset.
Day 04 – Siem Reap
After breakfast, tour the 11th century Temple of Shiva, Banteay Srei and the fabulous Ta Prohm Temple to complete your cultural tour of one of the world’s most famous temple complex. After lunch at a local restaurant, return to your hotel to relax. Make your own dinner plans for the evening and enjoy a dazzling show at the Phare Cambodian Circus.
Day 05 – Siem Reap – Hanoi (flight journey: approx.2h)
After breakfast, take a trip to Siem Reap market or visit the workshops of local artisans before your departing flight for Hanoi. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by your guide and private driver to transfer you to your hotel. Expect a deluxe room with some honeymoon holiday treats. Late afternoon there’s a cultural show and dinner will be in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Overnight stay in your hotel staying on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 06 – Hanoi
After breakfast, explore the Vietnamese capital’s sights including the elegant French colonial quarter, its impressive architecture and tree-line boulevards and tranquil lakes. Visit the One Pillar Pagoda and after a tasty lunch, take a cyclo tour of the Old Quarter before heading to picturesque West Lake and the 6th century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda and stroll alongside the Lake. Make independent plans for dinner before returning to your hotel.
Day 07 – Hanoi
After breakfast, complete your cultural tour of the capital with museum visits and after lunch, in a local restaurant, spend the rest of the day at leisure. Maybe take a stroll exploring the ancient streets and find somewhere interesting for dinner. Return to your hotel.
Day 08 – Hanoi – Halong Bay on Deluxe Junk (transfer time: approx.4h)
After breakfast, depart for a scenic drive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Join a luxury junk to sail away in Halong Bay, taking in the stunning scenery of this UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site famed for its dramatic limestone peaks and islands. A fresh seafood lunch is served onboard. In the afternoon maybe take a swim or explore some of the limestone caves in this area. Enjoy the stunning sunset. Overnight stay onboard in a deluxe cabin.
Day 09 – Halong Bay – Hanoi – Nha Trang (flight journey: approx.2h)
Breakfast and brunch onboard as you cruise the beautiful Bay back to harbour where your driver will be waiting to take you back to Hanoi and your departure flight to the golden South Coast and Nha Trang. Check in to your hotel and decide on your independent dinner plans in this tropical resort.
Day 10 – Nha Trang
After breakfast, relax at leisure and enjoy the beautiful resort with its sweeping sandy beach and view of the bay dotted with tropical islands.
Day 11 – Nha Trang
After breakfast, transfer for your departing flight to Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by the locals. Upon arrival in Saigon, your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Later, take a private city tour of Saigon and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Day 13 – Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon
After breakfast, join your boat at the central pier to travel from downtown Saigon by canal, winding your way through the city to the lush Mekong Delta. Visit Tuong Van Pagoda along the way and see an authentic slice of Vietnamese village life with the bustling riverside floating markets. Join the canals of Thu Thua and drift along the timeless scenery, with the option to visit local crafts, snake farm and a traditional village. Enjoy lunch at a local pagoda and visit Cao Dai Temple, returning by speedboat to Saigon.
Day 14 – Saigon – Departure
Breakfast at hotel. Relax at leisure until transfer for your departure flight.
